Chemistry is a branch of science concerned with the study of matter and the substances that make up that matter. It also covers the properties of these chemicals, as well as the reactions that occur when they combine to generate new substances. Chemistry is largely concerned with atoms, ions, and molecules, all of which combine to form elements and compounds. Chemical bonds are the most common way for these chemical species to interact. It’s worth noting that the interactions between matter and energy are also investigated in chemistry.
The department has highly qualified and well experienced teachers since its inception. Sri T.C.R,Sri N.N.R,SriI.S.R,Sri M.S.R,SriB.T,SriP.R.K.R.,SmtY.S worked in this department. Sri S.Venkaiah is the First member of the Department since 2017. Sri P.Rama Krishna Rao & Sri O.Sudheer Kumar are other members of this department.
